Your responsibilities will include:


We are seeking a highly organised and motivated team player who is skilled in relationship building and establishing work practices in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - someone who is proactive in their approach to work and able to anticipate the needs of the leads they support.


Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in providing PA / EA support
  • Experience coordinating a busy diaries using discretion to ensure that relevant meetings are prioritised
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing regular updates
  • Ability to coordinate all aspects related to all meetings including agendas, papers, minutes, invites, room bookings, travel and other logistics
  • High level organisational and time management skills
  • Effective at communicating with a broad audience with welldeveloped written and verbal skills
  • Solutions focused and proactive with a cando attitude, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to resolve problems and build positive relationships. Attention to detail is important.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexible to adapt to ever changing needs and deadlines and be able to effectively multitask in a fastpaced environment while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience in coordinating travel including the development of itineraries and processing travel expenses
  • Experience producing business documents and working with online platforms (i.e. SharePoint, Confluence etc.)
To be successful, you will have;

  • Substantial experience in proactive ownership and action of tasks, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing regular updates
  • Significant experience with calendar scheduling/meeting management
  • Significant experience in taking meeting minutes/action points
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident, resilient, tenacious and flexible approach
  • Open and positive attitude with ability to manage competing priorities

Special Requirements:


  • Applicants are required to be Australian Citizens and hold a current NV1 Defence Security Clearance, or be eligible to hold a NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
