As an Insights Analyst, you'll support the function in address key needs by surfacing both leading & lagging indicators in a manner that is easy to consume.

On a day-to-day basis, you'll be:

  • Guided and mentored by leaders in data science, enabling world class frontline facing customer experiences through data and analytics.
  • Exposed to cutting edge tools and technologies enabling datadriven targeting and insights to protect our customers' financial wellbeing.
  • Developing insights and measurement tools to support and track the Customer Service Network's goal of digital first approach for all our customers.
  • Use your passion for people to build and manage relationships
  • Deliver high quality, accurate and timely analytics using industry standard tools to solve business problems

We're interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills
  • The ability to understand corporate frameworks and a keen eye for manipulating data.
  • A demonstrated Insights and Analytics background.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience in automation of analytical processes.
  • Proven problem solving, planning, project management and decisionmaking skills.
  • Some exposure or competence with data exploration and analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Python).
  • An appetite for continuous learning and development.
