About the position:
Are you a driven and autonomous administration professional looking for a diverse support role?
We are looking for an administrative superstar to be provide high-level support and be the central point of contact to our Property Services Team.
- Supporting the Property Services Manager in day-to-day administration
- Supporting coordinators in leased/licensed property management, land sales, acquisitions, road closures and specialist projects.
- Administering various systems and software, managing queries from internal and external clients, information management and other general administration as required.
- Provide oversight and support for tracking and achievement of defined KPIs and milestones related to projects and matters to be considered by Council.
About the Team
Wollongong City Council's Property Services Team are responsible for the management of Council's significant property portfolio incorporating commercial property, community & recreational land and parking assets.
The objectives are to ensure that Council's property portfolio is well managed and supports the delivery of services and business either by revenue generation or service delivery in line with Wollongong City Council's Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
