About the position


The Contracts Officer supports the functions of the Research Office, Consulting and Contracts team to provide efficient and effective client service and support.

The incumbent will administer the development and negotiation of tenders, proposals, agreements, and project set up for research collaborations, research and non-research related consultancies aligning with relevant University policies and procedures.

They will ensure the provision of administrative services that support researchers through key stages of a consultancy or contracted research activity.


The Contracts Officer provides administrative and advisory services that support researchers through all stages of research collaborations and consultancies to partner with researchers through all stages of the project.


Skills and Experience


To be successful in this position you will possess relevant experience in the administration of agreements with demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage several different projects concurrently.
