As part of our Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing multi-faceted marketing and communication strategies.

This role is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a growing business and develop a variety of marketing skills within a national company.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support client lead generation, recruitment lead generation, partnership management, internal communication, branding and writing, and event planning initiatives.

The main activities that will make up your day include:

Support client lead generation efforts through the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and materials targeting potential clients.
Assist in the development of recruitment lead generation strategies to attract tutors, leveraging various channels and partnerships.
Assist in managing and maintaining organic social media presence including creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
Support the management of strategic partnerships, coordinating joint marketing initiatives and helping with content creation.
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep tutors informed and engaged.
Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, including website content and social media posts.
Provide support in planning, coordinating, and executing company events.

To be successful, you will have the following:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field OR in the progress of completing a degree with current experience in the field.
Exceptional writing abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
High degree of organisational skills, allowing for efficient task management.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines.
Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to continuously improve and optimise content and communication.
Proficiency in graphic design to create visually appealing materials.
A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact.
