Description

Performs opening and closing procedures and follows all UHD emergency procedures

Must be available to work 20 hours a week, Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Must have the ability to multi-task and interact professionally with staff, faculty, and students

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Must be well organized, responsible, punctual, and a self-starter

Must have good people skills and a professional attitude and appearance.

Must have effective verbal/written communication skills

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good customer service, communication skills, and telephone etiquette

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Blackboard

Ability to multitask and interact professionally with students, faculty, and staff

Qualifications

• Current UHD Student with a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
