DUTIES

• Performs data entry of prospective applicant inquiries and other related administrative office duties
• Serves as host for university daily campus tours and other university functions, which include campus preview days, luncheons, receptions, and enrollment management events
• Communicates information about admission deadlines to prospective students through email and phone
• Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
• Provides excellent customer service to students' internal and external guests regarding any questions and/or directions
• Understands and upholds FERPA requirements and student information confidentiality
