Job Description:

We require a qualified/experienced Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee our supply

managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of goods, products and services.


Main Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the supply chain process,

including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.

• Identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor

relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and

equipment.

• Monitoring inventory levels and tracking usage to minimize stockouts and excess

inventory, while ensuring adequate supply to meet operational needs.

• Coordinating with internal teams, including operations, maintenance, and finance, to

forecast demand, plan procurement activities, and streamline logistics processes.

• Overseeing the distribution and delivery of materials and equipment to job sites,

ensuring on-time delivery and efficient utilization of resources.

• Implementing quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of

materials and equipment received and distributed.

• Developing and maintaining accurate records and reports related to inventory levels,

procurement activities, and distribution operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration,

or a related field.

• Minimum 5year experience in a similar role working in fastpaced warehousing

operations.

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics operations, and inventory

management best practices.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build

and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Physically able to perform warehouse duties.

$70, $75,000.00 per year
