As our Workplace Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing maintenance and repair tasks conducted by technicians, vendors, and contractors.

Your adept management of building upkeep will be instrumental in maintaining a conducive and welcoming work environment for all.
We're seeking individuals who thrive on building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to manage contract finances, support mailroom operations, and provide top-notch client services, including event setup and catering assistance.


Here's a snapshot of your day:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution of issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive facility inspections and generate detailed reports to assess maintenance needs and track performance.
  • Coordinate and manage activities related to moves, additions, and changes within our facilities.
  • Cultivate strong vendor relationships, provide thorough training on work order and billing procedures, and meticulously manage invoices and budgets.
