- 4-5 days per week
- Located in Sydney's Southwest
- Implement strengths-based, trauma-informed case management in supported accommodation and correctional settings.
- Collaborate with our Child and Young Person Case Managers for holistic family support.
- Conduct risk assessments, and safety planning, and facilitate group therapeutic sessions.
- Assist in project policy, procedure implementation, and evaluation.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies to enhance client outcomes.
- Participate in an on-call after-hours rotation.
- Uphold and contribute to our supportive organizational culture.
- You have 2-5 years of experience in trauma-informed support for women and children with histories of incarceration, domestic and family violence (DFV), and other complex needs.
- Experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally diverse communities is essential.
- Strong background in child protection, mandatory reporting, and safety planning.
- Qualified in Social Work, Community Work, Psychology, Counselling, or similar fields. Relevant lived experience is highly valued.

Description
Located in Southwest Sydney, this role involves providing comprehensive, trauma-informed support to women housed in safe accommodation. The position includes intensive daily therapeutic support focusing on life and parenting skills to facilitate their successful reintegration into society.
Key Responsibilities:
About You:
This is a full-time role for an initial 18-month term, potentially extendable, with part-time options available. This position requires travel to various sites and occasional correctional facility visits.
