Seeking a Manager Regional Operations to set the strategy and direction for regional programming, project management and coordination of large and complex projects within our Northern Region.
About the role
The Manager Regional Operations will consider risk profiles and provide solutions to mitigate any risk through strategy in order to enable informed business decisions to be made within the Region. The role will have accountability for supporting the Regional Director in the development of the Regional Action Plan (RAP) including analysis of the performance of the region and reporting on the implementation and achievements against the formal RAP.
The role will also lead a team for the provision of specialist support services to Districts that are able to provide support and advice to staff in the delivery of the local district action plans.
