An opportunity to help people

Come and join our team We are seeking Disability Support Workers located in Prospect to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community.

Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:

Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
Providing support with hygiene and personal care
Assistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
Meal assistance which may include meal preparation

What are we looking for?

A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support
At least one year experience as a Disability Support Worker
Experience with Mental Health and Restrictive practices
Experience with behaviours of concerns/behavioural plans
