We are currently seeking, an experienced, multi site retail area/regional manager looking for a new opportunity to oversee the growth in our Gold Coast stores.

Your current experience will demonstrate that you have a minimum of 3 years, multi-site, retail (high volume specialty or FMCG) area management experience and a strong retail management history.

Your primary objective will be to lead, guide and motivate passionate store managers and their teams within the region.

You will also:
Be a self-sufficient leader that needs mínimal supervision but thrives on achieving goals. You love creating succession plans and having teams that drive for success.
You will be from a high volume retailer (you will be managing up to 15 high volume fast paced stores) A similar volume inventory environment will be highly regarded
Have a proven ability in achieving budgeted sales, margin and EBIT targets, whilst presenting results to the senior leadership team
Be someone that loves creating strong morale and driving your team to support sales, profit and customer focus initiatives
You will be both strategic and operational in your approach to profitability and business expansion

Have exceptional relationship building and decision-making skills with a down to business attitude that creates an environment for an effective team is paramount.

Have the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the business, both support office and store level.

You will be someone that can influence and create strong teams through demonstrating outstanding leadership capabilities.
