Position Information:
The NSW Department of Education provides, funds and regulates education services for NSW students from early childhood to secondary school, delivering world-class education through its public schools and providing funding support to non-government schools.
We employ, develop and support teachers, leaders and other staff to deliver the best outcomes for students and to advance the wellbeing of Aboriginal people.
About the Role
To be successful in the role you will need to have good planning and prioritising skills and good communication skills to work effectively with others.
The role assists with:
crop production and disposal; machinery operation; maintenance of machinery, tools and equipment; care and supervision of livestock; receipt and storage of supplies; and general farm maintenance.

Hunter River High School is a comprehensive secondary school with a student enrolment of approximately 800 students. Our school community has 20% of students who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. Our school is located on Worimi land, close to the Hunter River at Heatherbrae, south of Raymond Terrace.
