About the team

MTMs Registered Training Organisation (RTO) - Metro Academy - is dedicated to building and maintaining exceptional skills and capability in the rail industry.

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we offer comprehensive training opportunities to new entrants and existing rail workers across Australia.

Our focus on fit-for-purpose training solutions sets us apart, ensuring safety and excellence in rail operations.

About the role

This role will provide expertise with the technical design and development of educational programs.

You will work with internal/external business groups and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to develop educational programs and/or assets which support quality learning outcomes across the organisation and directly align to regulatory compliance and governance standards.

About you

Instructional Design methodologies and software programs
Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge and ability
Substantial experience providing service across multiple business areas in a large organisation
Demonstrated ability to negotiate for key outcomes
Capability to undertake reporting of activities
Experience in using project management methodologies

Cert IV in Training and Assessment would be highly advantageous.
