This role will provide expertise with the technical design and development of educational programs.
You will work with internal/external business groups and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to develop educational programs and/or assets which support quality learning outcomes across the organisation and directly align to regulatory compliance and governance standards.
About you- Instructional Design methodologies and software programs
- Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge and ability
- Substantial experience providing service across multiple business areas in a large organisation
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate for key outcomes
- Capability to undertake reporting of activities
- Experience in using project management methodologies
