Meet the team:

Working in the Medical Devices Industry, you will be part of our Healthcare Professional (HCP)

Marketing Team, working on our d iabetes r ange including the Tandem Diabetes Care t:
slim X2 insulin pump and Dexcom Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Systems.

Working in this space will allow you to be a part of a range of products that have life-changing effects on the quality of life of people with diabetes.


You'll be working with in a new structure set-up to specifically look after the educational needs of HCPs in the areas of CGM and insulin pump technology throughout Australia and New Zealand.

  • This role is based in _Sydney, _Macquarie Park _Office, Australia. _This is a hybrid role where you can work remote 3 days per week with 2 days in our office (one fixed day, one flexible day of your choice).

Where you come in:


  • Work on the development and execution of HCP marketing activities to meet project objectives within the HCP marketing plan
  • Develop, edit and produce artwork for promotional and communication material to resonate with marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with advertising companies to prepare detail aids, leaflets, posters and other materials as required
  • Assist in creating educational material, sales presentations, proposals, correspondence, and reports as required by the Associate Marketing Manager
  • HCP
  • Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
  • Collect and analyse target audience behaviour data to assist in new strategies to implement across divisions and understand your target audience for the projects you're working on
  • Assist in all aspects of online campaigns and tracking (inhouse and/or external). Training will be provided as required and will include s ocial media, a ssess ing analytics and help track sales, leads or opportunities, w ebsite content/updates, SEO and PPC, c ontent writing
  • Create social media posts, website updates or any other eventrelated posts/updates as required by HCP marketing lead
  • Ensure that all marketing collateral is compliant and that every detail about the product is correct and meets the requirements of the company and regulatory bodies in the industry
  • Assist the events team in managing national conferences and local events for all divisions and provide assistance as required with the following:
  • Design booth artwork and production
  • Manage speaker slides and approvals
  • Attend trade shows and healthcare professional events to increase market knowledge

What makes you successful:


  • A b achelor's degree in marketing, communication, biomedical science or related field
  • An interest in medical science or willingness to learn about the medical devices industry
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
  • Effective communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
  • Ability to multitask, meet multiple deadlines and project management skills
  • Selfmotivated with creative thinking
  • Proactive
  • Enjoy working in teams and possesses an engaging personality
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Excellent ability to handle new technology /software
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media, inbound marketing, updating websites, video/photo editing
And preferably also the following

  • Adobe Creative Suite experience (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop etc.)
  • CRM or Marketing software experience e.g. HubSpot or Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in creating designs and artwork
