We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimizing our facilities and maintenance processes.
onsite role , based in
Sydney CBD , with occasional travel to Parramatta.
Responsibilities:
Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the Facilities Coordinator include:
Maintenance Management:
- Assist in actioning, delegating, and managing all maintenance requests.
- Manage and maintain the CMMS system, capturing all Preventative and Reactive work orders for the site/s.
- Ensure the planned preventative maintenance program is managed in line with contract requirements for the account portfolio.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Oversee and drive all reporting elements across the contract, including quarterly, monthly, and ad hoc reports, ensuring timely completion.
- Delegate and allocate work orders as required to ensure contract requirements and KPIs are achieved.
Contract Support:
- Support and assist the Contract Manager / Facilities Managers on daily tasks, including building walkthroughs, inspections, vendor management, and meeting minutes.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure OHS & E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability in working within an integrated services and property model
- Strong planning and coordination experience
- Knowledge of building services and general building maintenance;
- Demonstrated experience in providing written reports and recommendations;
- Demonstrated experience in multitasking of various duties.
- Proven capability of working within an environment using QA, OH&S and environmental systems.
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System knowledge (CMMS)
- High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in building / facilities management related discipline.
- Training in current OH&S, QA and ideally environmental legislations and systems. Current First Aid Certificate is highly preferred.
