About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a 'Customer first' culture
  • Training and developing the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Driving sales strategies and key performance indicators (KPI's) with your team
  • Merchandising and stock rotation
  • Managing stock and labour costs
  • Ensuring excellent communication with your team and customers.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager, with:

  • 2 year's management experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience managing stock and labour costs
  • Leadership and mentoring abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility with work hours and willingness to work weekends/public holidays when required.
You will be a natural leader, who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales strategies is essential.
