Description

Work on 80% retail projects valued form $50K to $1m

Purely managerial role no need to be on the tools
Mixture of shifts but mainly working on the 6pm till 2am shift

Company

We are currently working in partnership with a newly established business who work across Sydney Metro. Having been in existence for the past 3 years, they now have a committed client base and have the need to bring on an experienced Site Manager.
They have a particular focus on working with the retail sector with 80% of their work being conducted in major shopping centres. A typical job for them range from being a complete shop refit to an escalator upgrade.

Opportunity

Due to most of the work being carried out in a live environment they are looking for someone who is client facing and is used to interacting with the public on sites that they have run. The hours of this position do change because of the needs of clients
most of the jobs at taken place on the twilight shift from 6pm to 2am. You must be happy to do night work or this position is not for you.
This would be ideal for a person who is looking to join a business that they can make a real impact in, help set standards in the business become a key part of the team moving forward.

Duties

As the main point of contact on site your main responsibility will be to drive trade on site to the programme and make sure that quality is maintained.
