ABOUT THE PROJECT:


ABOUT THE ROLE:


The Project Communications & Marketing Specialist is a newly created role to lead the development and execution of strategic communications plans for the SAEW project - including high quality marketing collateral, promotion of project milestones and upcoming activities, participant case studies and other written communications to support stakeholder engagement.

The role will also provide editorial support to ELAA colleagues to ensure all communications are part of an integrated approach with internal and external stakeholders.


DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Developing a Communications and Marketing plan to engage the early childhood sector in key activities facilitated through the SAEW project
  • Utilising a range of communications channels such as newsletters, website, social media, eDMs and printed publications to promote SAEW project activities
  • Developing high quality collateral to promote SAEW project events, training opportunities, workshops and other peer support network activities
  • Building relationships with project partners and external stakeholders to support effective communications and participation in key project activities
  • Ensuring clear standards for the project communications content are of high quality and implemented in line with ELAA's brand style guide
  • Reporting on communication and engagement activities using evaluation data to recommend improvements and innovations
  • Other duties that may be required from timetotime to support ELAA's Engagement and Marketing team

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU:


Key to your success in this role will include experience in a similar role, especially if this were within the early childhood, community or not-for-profit sectors.


YOU WILL HAVE:


  • Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating multichannel campaigns to drive stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, editing and attention to detail
  • Strong experience and enthusiasm for managing multiple tasks, competing priorities and in meeting project deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in project based communications / marketing roles.
