Leasing Manager:

We are seeking someone with at least 6 months real estate experience to join the team as their new Leasing Manager.

Working alongside the Property Managers, you will provide end-to-end Leasing support and excellent customer service to all Owners and tenants.

Some of the key components of the role include:

All components of Leasing a rental portfolio of Melbourne residentials.

Manage and respond to enquiries from prospective Tenants.

Maintain the prospective Tenant database, including data entry

Ensure Rental lists are up to date and Properties are uploaded and advertised correctly online

Arrange viewings with qualified prospective Tenants

Issue the appropriate Lease documentation to tenants where required in accordance of the VIC legislation

Conduct Open Homes and private inspections with prospective Tenants, providing solutions, advice and alternatives where you can

Deliver feedback and advice to Owners after inspections, making recommendations where necessary

Assist the Property Managers with other inspections as required.

To be considered for the role you will have:
Previous Real Estate experience, ideally in Leasing

A current Certificate of Registration

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Available for Saturday work if required.
