As our Delivery Transformation Manager (12-month fixed term contract), you'll be a vital part of the team who are changing the way we motivate our people to find new ways to drive and deliver our IT Strategy (IT25) and transformation vision for 2024 & 2025.


Your role will include:

  • Collaborating between crossfunctional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. Fostering open communication, enabling effective knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
  • You will be results driven and be laserfocused on delivering measurable results. You will establish clear milestones, regularly monitor progress, and employ industry best practices to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
  • You will be wellequipped to identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies. Proactively address any obstacles, ensuring a smooth IT transformation journey from start to finish.
  • You understand the importance of delivering technology solutions that enhance customer experience. Working closely with stakeholders to understand opportunities and develop tailored solutions that will have a positive impact on customer satisfaction.
  • Executing on strategic changes to the IT (Information Technology) operating model and ways of working, driving agility and efficiency.

As well as experience in a similar role


Specifically:

  • Strong delivery skills are essential for managing complex transformation initiatives, from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
  • A broad understanding of IT systems and industryleading processes (including agile methodologies would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience working and leading in transformation programs.
  • Experience in change management, including managing resistance, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and navigating cultural shifts within the organisation.
  • Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical for this role. You will be expected to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, inspire and motivate team members, and navigate and resolve conflicts.


While qualifications are important, it is equally important you have the practical experience, leadership qualities, and problem-solving abilities to ensure success in this role.
