We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic Administrative Officer to join a not-for-profit sporting body.

In this permanent role, you will be an integral part of our team, providing crucial support to the CEO, as well as assisting with sporting finals series arrangements, functions, and events.

  • Contribute to the smooth running of a wellknown sporting ;eague with a range of administrative assistance to the CEO, ensuring everything is in place for a successful finals series, and supporting the seamless execution of functions and events.
  • Manage the office with flair, overseeing supplies and stationery, providing IT support, and maintaining the database and contact list with absolute precision.
  • Offer dedicated support to the clubs by handling general inquiries, managing club apparel orders, and demonstrating a high level of IT proficiency to meet various needs.

  • Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Highly proficient in IT to provide comprehensive support to the organization.
  • Ability to manage and maintain databases and contact lists with precision and accuracy.
