Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care assistance to clients, including grooming, bathing, and dressing.
• Supporting clients with their disability needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
• Facilitating community access, assisting clients in participating in social, educational, and recreational activities.
• Promoting independence and personal choice in daily activities.
• Working collaboratively with families and other team members to provide holistic support.

Requirements:

• Experience in disability support or a related field is preferred.
• A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to promoting dignity, respect, and independence in clients.
• Relevant certifications or willingness to undergo training (e.g., First Aid, CPR).
