About the role
Due to exceptional business growth we are looking for an experienced accounts administrator to provide financial, administrative and clerical support to the business.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Data entry of accounts payable/receivable invoices into MYOB. Process daily/weekly and monthly payments and attend to queries.
- Entry of remittances, deposits and credit card payments and reconcile into MYOB and company operating system.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and or invoices.
- Assist with EOM reconciliation and reporting, attend weekly meetings with Account Managers.
- Manage online WHS system and keep up to date relevant administration requirements.
Skills & experience
- Minimum 4 years experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Highly experienced with MYOB, Microsoft office and reporting skills.
- Effective communication and numeracy skills with an excellent attention to detail.
- Methodical and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Experience in payroll and cash flow management desirable.
