About the Role

Working in tandem with the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), this role requires a motivated and resourceful individual looking to take the next step in their career.

The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) role is designed to take on and develop the responsibilities of a future Relationship Manager in a supportive environment.

The partnership with your BRM will enable coaching and support as you deepen and expand offering to business customers together, ensuring you are given every opportunity to perform at your best.


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership of Financial KPIs for specific products
  • Day to day client management enquiries and support
  • Writing new to bank credit submissions
  • Preparing indicative term sheets and related supporting material
  • Financial analysis and interpretation
  • Ongoing compliance, monitoring and reporting related to portfolio
  • Undertake reviews of customers in portfolios
  • Analysis of business and industry risks
  • Manage internal stakeholder relationships to achieve outcomes
