Entry Level Administration Assistant (Traineeship)
We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to be the first point of contact in a busy and diverse office environment.
This role will support a busy office, with a strong customer service focus - dealing with our clients and business partners in a friendly and professional manner.
The key duties will include but not limited to:- General phone duties including booking appointments & directing calls to relevant staff members;
- Providing backup & support to our Client Service Officers;
- Formatting and layout of reports and documents;
- Managing Calendars and meeting rooms;
- Maintaining office stock and supplies;
- General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness;

- Reliable & Punctual;
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously;
- Problem solving and lateral thinking skills;
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal skills and phone manner;
- A bubbly personality and ability to interact with a diverse range of clients;
- Experience in Office 365 (Word, Outlook and Excel);

$41, $55,000.00 per year
