Entry Level Administration Assistant (Traineeship)


We are looking for an organised and motivated individual to be the first point of contact in a busy and diverse office environment.

This role will support a busy office, with a strong customer service focus - dealing with our clients and business partners in a friendly and professional manner.

The key duties will include but not limited to:

  • General phone duties including booking appointments & directing calls to relevant staff members;
  • Providing backup & support to our Client Service Officers;
  • Formatting and layout of reports and documents;
  • Managing Calendars and meeting rooms;
  • Maintaining office stock and supplies;
  • General office admin and maintaining office cleanliness;

  • Reliable & Punctual;
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously;
  • Problem solving and lateral thinking skills;
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal skills and phone manner;
  • A bubbly personality and ability to interact with a diverse range of clients;
  • Experience in Office 365 (Word, Outlook and Excel);
  • Opportunities for continued growth and career progression;
  • Other duties as requested and designed to broaden your development
Knowledge or experience in the Accounting, Financial Planning or Finance industry would be valuable but not essential.

Salary:
$41, $55,000.00 per year
