We are looking for the "right attitude". Reporting to the Manager, as a Personal Care Assistant you will be responsible for providing quality care by assisting clients with day-to-day tasks.

Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent e.g. Individual Support

The ability to use initiative and work under pressure

What your days will look like:

Provide personal care to our clients
Assist our clients with activities of daily living and lifestyle
Provide clients with nutrition and hydration in a timely manner
Ensure our client's daily care is provided in a dignified manner
Provide accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations as required
Work closely with your team mates to ensure consistent care is provided to all our clients
Escalate any issues or concerns to your Residence Manager
