Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Officer will work within a supportive team to provide first line customer service for all business services.


  • 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Temporary basis
  • Up to 3 months

About the role:
  • Assist customers across various council functions E.g Finance, Infrastructure Planning or Parks and Reserves.
  • Ensure customers are responded to within appropriate timeframes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce.
  • Escalate customer queries where required.
  • Complete adhoc admin duties as required.

Essential requirements:
  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service or extensive relevant experience.
  • Experience working within a customer service or contact centre environment
  • Superior verbal communication and engagement skills.
