Insight Institute of Further Studies is a registered training organisation that provides quality training to international and domestic students.
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated RTO Business Development/Student Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic vocational education team based in Melbourne VIC.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Follow up regarding potential student admissions and enrolments.
- Deal with enquiries from prospective students and agents.
- Liaise with Insight Institute's admissions department for issuing of offer letters and CoEs to international students for all courses.
- Assist with the production and sending out of relevant materials for marketing purposes, coordinate the production of external recruitment materials.
- Prepare marketing material for Insight Institute's student recruitment events, student expos and conferences.
- Manage Insight Institute's agent network through daily interactions, visits, events, recruitment drives.
- Plan and implement calendar events and marketing activities designed for students and agents.
- Develop and maintain specialist knowledge on education systems, qualifications (including pathways), admission requirements and cultures for regions of responsibility
- Monitor the market for developments, risks and opportunities and build this information into the marketing and recruitment activities as appropriate.
Essentials
- Experience working in an RTO in business development/marketing capacity
- Experience and ability to work with individuals from multicultural backgrounds
- Understanding and identifying factors in students and agents that influences in recruitment
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills; including a welldeveloped service focus.
- Business development exposure of onshore and offshore student market
- Knowledge of ASQA standards and the ESOS framework
- Experience with administration in the vocational education industry
Desirable:
- Familiarity with Australian government regulatory requirements related to international education.
- Fluent in English and a second language (Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu)
- Good understanding of requirements of international students from South Asian countries.

From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
