Role Overview
Beerenberg is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their Sales team.

In this role, you'll provide vital administrative support to the Sales team along with the ability to have some customer interaction and work closely with all areas of the business.

As in all roles, there may be occasional requirements to work outside normal office hours and on weekends.

This position offers the flexibility of working either part-time or full-time, allowing you to choose between a 4-day or 5-day workweek.


About the Person


This person will be a self-starter, be good with numbers, have an analytical approach, and have an interest in food, flavor, and taste.

They will enjoy working in a close-knit family environment, where employees are very much part of a bigger team and family environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the distribution of weekly sales reports, including details of outofstock products and production. Maintain sales sheets and provide general administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Assist in coordinating and recording minutes for Category Management and Sales meetings.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate responses to problems or concerns.
  • Manage product sample coordination for customers, Account Managers, and Distributors.
  • Assist with stock ordering, including orders for packs and gift packs.
  • Process store credits as needed.
  • Organise team and customer functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and methods within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with all Beerenberg policies, procedures, and work instructions.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Highly developed analytical skills, effective lateral thinking, and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative by nature with a genuine concern for others.
  • You will have strong attention to detail and time management and be a selfstarter with a high level of motivation.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and accounting systems.
  • Interest in food, flavour, and taste.
