As our Risk Analyst, you will act as a business partner to operational leaders, supporting them in the implementation of effective controls and risk management activities and use your expertise to drive impactful discussions with operational leaders.


_Key Responsibilities:
_


  • Collaborate with the Head of Risk to educate AACo operations about risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Business partner with operational leaders, ensuring comprehensive risk understanding and mitigation in alignment with AACo's risk appetite
  • Act as a facilitator of the Risk Champion role, offering expertise, advice, and cooperation on riskrelated activities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of effective risk management software solutions
  • Work alongside the Head of Risk to maintain AACo's insurance program and manage claims
  • Assist in investigating incidents and breaches, driving continuous improvement across AACo

_Desired Qualifications and Experience:
_


  • 5+ years of risk management experience in ASX listed or professional services environments
  • Experience designing and implementing control frameworks in collaboration with operational stakeholders
  • Graduate qualification in law, business, engineering, accounting, or related discipline required; with postgraduate qualification in business or related discipline preferred
