As our Risk Analyst, you will act as a business partner to operational leaders, supporting them in the implementation of effective controls and risk management activities and use your expertise to drive impactful discussions with operational leaders.

_Key Responsibilities:
_

Collaborate with the Head of Risk to educate AACo operations about risk management and mitigation strategies
Business partner with operational leaders, ensuring comprehensive risk understanding and mitigation in alignment with AACo's risk appetite
Act as a facilitator of the Risk Champion role, offering expertise, advice, and cooperation on riskrelated activities
Support the implementation and maintenance of effective risk management software solutions
Work alongside the Head of Risk to maintain AACo's insurance program and manage claims
Assist in investigating incidents and breaches, driving continuous improvement across AACo

_Desired Qualifications and Experience:
_

5+ years of risk management experience in ASX listed or professional services environments
Experience designing and implementing control frameworks in collaboration with operational stakeholders
Graduate qualification in law, business, engineering, accounting, or related discipline required; with postgraduate qualification in business or related discipline preferred
