THE COMPANY
Our client is an award-winning Perth-based property developer, who specialise in delivering luxury apartments in Perth's top locations. You will be working in a new beautiful office space where your opinions and ideas are invited and appreciated.


THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Work with the team to create and implement project marketing strategies
  • Coordinate marketing activity across various mediums
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure sales team have required marketing material and that this is kept uptodate
  • Event coordination and support at grand openings, buyer nights and VIP functions
  • Assist with reporting to key stakeholders including investors
  • Work with Marketing Director to track marketing expenditures against project budgets
  • Stakeholder management with internal staff and external clients

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

Marketing, Communications or Jourlism degree/qualifications:


  • Two years experience in a similar role:
  • Property development, real estate, or building industry knowledge is desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Detail and task orientated
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
