The
Somerville House Foundation was founded in 1984 by parents and Old Girls with a shared passion for the transformative power of education.

The Foundation partners with the School to deliver its strategic intent with objectives that align with the Master Plan through raising and managing funds to assist the School with current and future development priorities.


Programs and projects that have a lasting impact on our students' educational journey are delivered by the Foundation working collaboratively with the School.


We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and engaging individual to join the Communication, Admissions and Engagement team on a full-time basis as the School Development and Community Engagement Officer
:


Working collaboratively with the School Development and Community Engagement Manager, this role will support the co-ordination of Foundation initiatives across key areas including but not limited to; Capital Campaigns, Bequest Programs, Data and CRM Management, and gift recording.


About You:


  • Do you have strong communication skills and able to develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders?
  • Are you selfmotivated and have a strong background in data management systems?
  • Do you have a welldeveloped administration background in fundraising or philanthropy?
