Who we are:
HQ Group is a company of hospitality lovers. Since 2000, the Group has built a network of people who love working in this industry. It is passionate about creating new experiences in new forms and environments. These are daring projects, of varying scale, motivated by the integration of people-centric spaces into the city.

HQ Group has turned a disused platform of Flinders Street Station into a dining boardwalk along the Yarra River (Birrarung), Arbory Bar & Eatery; created the summer-loving temporary floating restaurant and bar, Afloat; and brought HER an entire building dedicated to dining, drinking, art, and music to the heart of Melbourne.

With Afloat relaunching this September and Arbory Bar & Eatery warming up we are currently recruiting for multiple casual positions.

What we are looking for:

• Wait staff customer focussed, you will take care of our guests, small and large groups and ensure all their food & beverage needs are met
• Bar staff the bar is your domain, serving tap beers, house batched cocktails on tap and everything in between. Be friendly, organised and systems orientated
• Hosts you are our guests first point of contact, welcoming, approachable, focussed, and solutions orientated
• Cellar you are the bartenders best friend, accepting deliveries, monitoring and replenishing stock, you must be reliable, organised and can handle plenty of lifting and bending
