_ (surrounded by beautiful cafes & lovely walking tracks)_ are looking for a temporary to permanent Property Manager to join their family like team environment. They provide their staff with work life balance and understand the importance of looking after their staff to give them an opportunity to perform at their absolute best

As an experienced Property Manager, your tasks will include

Managing a portfolio of residential properties (Approx 140)
Liaising with Renters and Rental Providers
Arranging property maintenance
Managing arrears
Work with Property Me
Liaising with the Virtual Assistant's to assist your portfolio with both leasing and administration support.
Saturdays 1 in 4 (91pm)
