As a Youth Advisor, your
passion, creativity, sense of humour and five or more years of experience will be a valued addition to an already
amazing, dedicated team.

once a week in our office in Ryde, then
work to your own schedule, either from home, or on client visits.

- Experience in
providing psychosocial support and targeted intervention to young people: - Expertise in
connecting people with disability to the relevant agencies:
Registration with a professional industry body (AASW or APS)
- Clear written and verbal
communication skills: - An aptitude for
working autonomously: - A
current drivers' licence and comprehensively insured car
Improving the mental health of children and young people at risk of Huntington's disease, or living with a family member affected
Delivering information sessions to schools, parents and carers

Organising group events to build connections and foster supportive relationships

Driving and leading youth counselling sessions

Developing effective, specific emotional coping strategies for children and young people
-
Contributing to mandatory compliance audits and reporting requirements
