Arctic Ice Service Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Production Operator for their facility in Regency Park, SA 5010.

The salary offered is $70,000 per annum plus superannuation.


Duties and Responsibilities

The Production Operator is responsible for operating machinery for the production, processing and packaging of ice products in a manufacturing facility.

The Production Operator would undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

• Operating machinery to manufacture bulk quantities of commercial ice in various forms;
• Utilise equipment and techniques to process industrial quality ice products;
• Packing ice products for supply and distribution;
• Prepare products for dispatch, palletising ice bags;
• Set up cleaning and maintenance schedules to prevent problems by keeping machines in working order and in accordance with internal policies;
• Prepare products to achieve customer satisfaction; and
• Adhere to machine safety standards and policies.

The applicants will have the following skills and experience:

• Hold a relevant AQF (or equivalent) Certificate II; or
• Have at least 2 years full time prior experience in a similar position, undertake within the last 3 years to substitute a formal qualification.
• Ability to assess and prioritise maintenance, repair and servicing where required.
• Ability to work in a facepast environment.

Salary:
$70,000.00 per year
