Experienced Forklift Drivers - Immediate Start Required

  • Greenacre

Hurex Pty Ltd is an Australian Labour Hire Specialist focusing on providing on-going permanent casual placements to work at various production sites across Sydney.

We're employ quality people, sustainable workforce solutions, and manage ongoing relationships with our industry partners.

We're currently have exciting opportunities for people with experience operating a High Reach Forklift. It is essential that you have a current LF license with demonstrated experience with High Reach work.


Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to;

  • Operation of a High Reach Forklift in cool rooms
  • Storing & packing of goods & materials
  • Loading & Unloading of goods
  • Movement of product to storage locations
  • Efficiently stacking & storing the product in the appropriate area
  • Competently comply with strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements

To be successful in this position you must possess the following

  • Previous experience working in a fastpaced warehouse
  • Must have valid LF
  • High Reach Forklift License
  • Must have Forklift experience (ESSENTIAL)
  • Physically fit, big, strong, and capable of lifting 5kg 25kg bags
  • Ability to work in a dynamic & changing environment following set tasks & procedures
  • Ability to constantly lift, push and pull light to heavy objects and plant
  • Be a quick learner and work in multiple sections of the facility
  • Work at a fast pace to meet the operational requirements of the business
  • The ability to understand and comprehend clear instructions
  • Reliable and committed to ongoing work
  • Be available for work Monday-Thursday on an ongoing basis
  • Be available for casual on call work
  • Be available for an immediate start

Job Types:
Full-time, Casual


Salary:
$ $35.36 per hour

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Experience:


  • Manual handling: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
  • Forklift Licence (required)
  • Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required)
