Working as part of our Journey Beyond Group, you play an integral role in supporting our business to share special places and shape lasting memories.


ABOUT THE ROLE:


Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of pay runs using PayGlobal.

Your key responsibilities will include both payroll processing and reporting, but not be limited to:

  • Processing PayGlobal pay runs within the payroll processing timeframes, ensuring data accuracy
  • Preparing any payment changes and/or adjustments and submitting to the Senior Payroll Manager for processing.
  • Accurate entering of new starters, terminations and updating existing employees
  • Be a point of contact for employees who have payroll queries
  • Understanding of, and the ability to interpret employment documents including, letters of employment, Enterprise Agreements and relevant modern Awards
  • Maintain accurate administrative records in accordance with audit requirement
  • Reporting requirements for Internal Companies
This is a minimum 12-month contract, full time, based in our Head Office on North Terrace.

Available to commence immediately/ November 2023.


YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES:


To be successful you will have previous experience with end-to-end payroll processing using PayGlobal (or similar software) as well as entering of new starters, terminations and updating existing employees.

You will also have an understanding of, and the ability to interpret employment documents including, letters of employment, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA's) and relevant modern Awards.

In support of the above you will also have:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft suite
  • Proactive and flexible attitude in swiftly changing environment
  • Good Communicator, with the ability to communicate with people on different levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop contacts and sustain strong working relationships
  • Attention to detail
