Description

Our client, a leading construction organisation, is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join their team and lead a major change initiative.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
Work with key stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop plans to mitigate risks and address concerns
Identify and manage resistance to change and develop plans to address issues that arise
Develop and deliver effective communication and training programs to support successful change adoption
Measure and track progress and ensure that change initiatives are implemented on time and within budget
Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them successfully lead change initiatives
Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of change initiatives across the organization

Key skills:

Extensive experience in change management.
Proven track record of successfully leading major organisational change initiatives from planning to implementation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage through ambiguity and uncertainty.
