Our client, a leading construction organisation, is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to join their team and lead a major change initiative.


Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
  • Work with key stakeholders to assess the impact of proposed changes and develop plans to mitigate risks and address concerns
  • Identify and manage resistance to change and develop plans to address issues that arise
  • Develop and deliver effective communication and training programs to support successful change adoption
  • Measure and track progress and ensure that change initiatives are implemented on time and within budget
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them successfully lead change initiatives
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and coordination of change initiatives across the organization

Key skills:


  • Extensive experience in change management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading major organisational change initiatives from planning to implementation.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage through ambiguity and uncertainty.
