Reporting to our General Manager - Operations, the Service Delivery Manager will manage direct reports and teams to ensure service delivery expectations are met and that our focus remains on improving the quality of our clients' lives.


In this role you can expect:

Leadership responsibility:
Lead by example to motivate teams to achieve the best possible outcomes within a fast-paced environment.


To oversee the practical day to day functioning of our Supported Living Options houses, day programmes, community participation and in home supports.

To work collaboratively with all teams, families, and external stakeholders, in delivering complex and tailored individual support services.

To oversee the supervision of staff and facilitate performance reviews and development plans.


To ensure service quality standards and compliance are achieved consistently and that feedback, incident management and reporting is actioned in line with agreed timetables.


We will value:

Qualifications in the Disability sector, and deep experience within the Specialist Disability Accommodation and NDIS sectors.

Highly developed stakeholder engagement/negotiation/advocacy skills, and proven communication and interpersonal skills.


Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, along with "big picture" thinking and a commitment to an active support model and person-centred, individualised support.
