    We are an International freight forwarding company with offices in all States of Australia and part of an international network of agents operating in a niche and rapidly growing market.

    We are looking for an Export Air Freight Coordinator for our Melbourne Office located in Tullamarine.

    Within the role you will be required to:

    • Liaising with Clients, Carriers and our over sea's partners
    • Deliver Exceptional Service to our Customers
    • Co-Ordinate B2B and FAK consoles, Including but not limited to Co-Ordination of Bookings, Dangerous Goods, documentation
    • Client Invoicing
    • Ensure Compliance with Australian Customs
    • Quote Rates – If needed

    To be considered for the Role you must meet the following criteria

    • At least 1 Year Export experience in the Export Air Freight.
    • Ability to work non standard working hours if required
    • A "can do" attitude
    • Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment is essential
    • Have a current driver's license and own transport
    • CAROWISE EXPERIENCE

    Experience with EDI Enterprise will be an advantage, however not essential
