All projects are Brisbane based.
Attractive salary package on offer

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Site Supervisor to work with a local residential developer and home builder based in Brisbane's Bayside region.

Salary on offer:
$120K - $140K + super, car, phone, laptop (based on experience)

What you will do:

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers.
Build strong relationships with subcontractors and site teams.
Work closely with the clients on site and via phone.
Ensure correct building practices and procedures are followed at all times
Ensure build quality is adhered to within set time frames and budgets.
Promote a strong, positive and focused team environment.
Enforce and adhere to OH&S regulations
Day to day work flow updates of trades on site, suppliers, completion of paperwork.
Sign off on job invoicing.
Manage the Presettlement handover process
Adhoc administration duties as required.

Your experience and qualities:

Experience supervising residential home builds. (project/ volume homes)
Trade qualification in carpentry is ideal.
Current QBCC Supervisors licence.
A thorough understanding of Australian building regulations, WHSE regulations and Quality Assurance (QA) systems.
Hold a current White Card
Strong time management and organisational skills is an absolutely MUST.

Strong IT/administration skills

Experience using software's such as Onsite Companion and Therefore would be an advantage.
An eagerness to learn and be a part of a supportive team.
Hold a valid driver's licence (mandatory)
