About the role
-
Materials Resource Planning (MRP) Support Coordinator to join our rolling stock new build team on a permanent full time basis, based at our facility in Broadmeadow, Newcastle.

  • Reporting to the Production Planner, the role of MRP Support Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling and monitoring material movement through the operation and areas.
  • The incumbent will determine the material levels required to ensure adequate availability of satisfactory quality materials at a costeffective price and coordinates movement of materials by providing efficient and effective inventory control and logistics plans for the area.

About you

  • Trade certificate, Diploma or further education is preferred.
  • Good at math and statistics
  • Previous experience working in a heavy industry / safety critical environment is highly desired
  • Demonstrated willingness to embrace new technologies, methods and systems.
