About the Role

You will be trained to performed the following:

As the first point of contact you will take care of the customer's needs ensuring their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner
Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
Ensuring the customers are given the best possible Customer Service experience
Experience in Light Vehicle Technical role preferred
Mercedes-Benz experience preferred but not essential
Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
Quote up repair jobs and liaise with customers
Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
Sound Automotive technical knowledge
Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS preferred but not essential
Punctual and reliable
Professional in both appearance and handing customers
Current driver's license
Be able to work in a team environment
Demonstrate care and attention to detail
