About the position:
We are seeking a hands-on Operations and Logistics Manager to join our growing skincare company.
Overseeing distribution, inventory management and warehouse, you will have a passion for improving processes and a track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Endtoend responsibility for supply chain process from procurement through to production, picking, packing & delivery
- Oversee operations, activities & outputs of all logistics & warehouse operations related staff
- Ensure seamless operations between production, packaging, dispatch & logistics to achieve DIFOT targets
- Oversee inventory management & reporting develop & implement best practices for inventory control, demand planning & other optimisation initiatives
- Develop & implement operations & logistics policies & strategies in line with company values
- Operate a continuous improvement philosophy, using your existing skills & experience to develop, review & improve processes
- Manage compliance, quality control & quality assurance standards & specifications
- Monitor & evaluate the performance of logistics service providers
- Provide accurate timely reporting to management
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as sales, marketing & product development to meet company goals
About You:
- Supply Chain qualifications or other related qualifications ideal
- A Can Do, handson approach to working within a team
- 3+ years experience in similar role similar industry ideal
- Confident developing, managing and improving processes continuous improvement philosophy, best practice focus
- Indepth knowledge of Planning, Demand/Supply, S&OP Implementation, Customer Logistics Development, Logistics in country, as well as export and import
- Strong leadership, management and communication skills with demonstrated strategic thinking
- You will have a passion for skin care & be driven to drive growth & success for the company
