Role :
Software Distribution & Patch management L3

Exp:8+ Years**- 8-12 years of experience in Level 3 Desktop engineering specialized in SCCM patch management and Windows troubleshooting.

Background and experience in large, distributed desktop estate
Hands on experience in SCCM 201
Hands on experience in Software distribution, Patch Management using SCCM and troubleshooting of noncompliant devices.
Ability to handle end to end patch management process.
Should have the knowledge of Networking skills. For e.g. Should know the difference between different type of connectivity like ethernet, Wifi, VPN etc.
Should know how to remediate the unpatched devices which are connected via different networks.
Knowledge on operating system deployment (OSD)
Ability to resolve complex technical issues related to Software distribution and Patch management.
Create custom scripts for gathering the inventory from clients.
Automation experience on Patch remediation.
Ability to create power shell scripts.
Experience on SCCM client remediation.
Knowledge on Active Directory and group policies
