This organization is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Care Manager to join our team in South Brisbane.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of experienced care staff, supporting our clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life within their own homes.

Benefits:

Competitive salary package of $85,000 $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met
Maintain high standards of quality and compliance within the organization
Provide strong leadership and management to a team of care staff, focusing on HR matters
Meet with clients and their families to assess their needs and discuss available options
Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure comprehensive service provision

Requirements:

Minimum of 23 years of experience in the Aged Care industry
Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills within the community
Indepth understanding of the Aged Care Sector, including Home Care Package guidelines and service requirements
