This well known building and civil construction organisation boasts over 40 years in the industry with a strong reputation for delivery outcomes, whilst creating a strong, supportive workforce.
Currently they are searching for an experienced Commercial Manager for a large scale joint venture road project. This project has at least 2 and a half years and is in early stages of commencement.
This contractor has doubled their business in the last 12 months and is going from strength to strength being awarded local projects in Queensland.

- Managing and leading the commercial and administrative functions to meet project and statutory commercial requirements
- Claim management for Upstream and Downstream contracts
- Cost forecasting & review including month end reporting and responsibility for undertaking formal review and completing project financial status reports for each cost code
- Accountability for maximizing monthly claim to the client and ensuring that accurate cash forecasts are calculated monthly based on the current construction program
- Promoting the commercial capability of the project by participating in the development and continual improvement of related behaviours and systems
- Effectively leading an inspired a cohesive and high performing team operating that is focused on delivery, accountability and performance excellence.
